How it is used

To respond to the inquiry, provide catalogue or quotation information, evaluate product and packing requirements, prevent abuse and maintain a record of the business conversation.

Storage and access

Inquiry information is stored in the website’s business inquiry database and may be accessed by authorised TAO-POTS personnel and service providers needed to operate the website and respond to the request. It is not sold to third parties.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the business conversation, record keeping and applicable legal obligations. Records that are no longer required should be deleted or anonymised.

You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your inquiry, subject to any record-keeping obligations that apply.
