No fixed packing quantity.
Packing quantities are flexible. The method is organised around the selected products, nesting, protection requirements and shipment plan rather than a single mandatory carton quantity.
Shape determines the packing strategy.
Tapered pots may nest efficiently, while bowls, wide rims and statement shapes require different spacing and protection. The packing plan must protect rims and surfaces without creating unnecessary volume.
Mixed loading supports broader assortments.
Different colours, finishes, product families and sizes can be mixed. A reliable pallet or container plan is calculated after the final assortment and quantities are confirmed.
Retail requirements belong in the brief.
Declare barcode, carton label, private-label artwork, inner packing, retail pack and warehouse handling requirements before quotation. Late changes can affect timing and carton configuration.
Inspection should include the packed result.
Pre-shipment checks should cover item code, quantity, finish, representative dimensions, carton condition, labels, pallet security and container loading against the approved plan.
